About Me
Who am I?
I am a 22 year old from Melbourne, Australia trying to be the healthiest me I can be.
I began my weightloss journey in 2003 after reaching my highest weight of 116-118kgs. I sucessfully reached my goal weight of 75kgs in March 2006 after a lot of hard work. I never managed to maintain this new weight as I fell pregnant in the same month that I reached my goal.
During the pregnancy I gained back a lot of the weight I worked so hard to lose and peaked at 109kgs.
I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl Molly Grace on December 29th 2006 and I am now back on the road to health and fitness once again!

Hey there... I just read back thru a couple of your posts... i would love the recipes for your soups.. the smokey bacon and lentil one sounds devine...and theone Phil gave you... I am always looking for something diff...
Oh and your scalp?? did you get it sorted out...
I used to get a very very sore scalp and have had to change my shampoo to one called
Neutrogena T-Gel .. it helped me.. you can get it at some supermarkets... but it is a weee bit expensive... see if the chemist has any free samples of this.... If you cant find it i will send you enough for a few days to see if it helps if you like...before you buy a whole bottle...
